Official CULTUR FM digital platform: homepage, events, mixes and ticketing, powered by three plugins I built from scratch: CULTUR FM Tickets, a multi-event ticketing and gate-validation engine with QR-coded PDF tickets; CFM Waitlist, which runs each event's waitlist, ticket sales, free sign-up and sold-out states; and a Webhook Proxy that sends website form submissions straight into Google Sheets.

Multi-event ticketing & gate validation engine
CULTUR FM's own ticketing system, built from scratch on top of WooCommerce. Each event is set up once in the admin (date, venue, ticket tiers, entry rules, a staff password) and the plugin generates two shortcodes: a ticket-sales widget for the event page and a check-in portal for the door.
Fans pick tickets in a custom sliding bag with live prices, booking fees and per-product currency, enter where to send their tickets, then pay through Stripe, Apple Pay or Paystack. Every order is bound to its event, and a branded PDF ticket with one QR code per guest is generated with Dompdf and emailed automatically.
At the gate, staff log into a password-protected portal that verifies each scan against the event code, order, ticket number and guest name, and refuses duplicates, wrong-event tickets and revoked ones. Admins get a live check-in monitor, a ticket inspector, a security console for chargebacks and fraud, and CSV and PDF exports of guest lists, check-ins and the blacklist.

Custom WordPress Event Management Plugin
Built a bespoke WordPress plugin from scratch for CULTUR FM, a music and culture brand. The plugin manages the full event access lifecycle — waitlist, ticket sales, free signup, and sold-out states — all controlled via a simple admin toggle per event.
Key features include: a custom database table for subscriber management with duplicate detection and email confirmation, GDPR-compliant consent capture, CSV export and bulk email tools for event admins, and a dynamic front-end CTA that automatically renders the correct action based on event state.
On mobile, a fixed sticky bar stays anchored at the bottom of the screen; tapping it opens a modal form with a full dark overlay. The plugin integrates with Advanced Custom Fields and a custom post type, with all logic written in vanilla PHP, JavaScript, and CSS — no page builders, no third-party plugin dependencies.

Elementor forms straight into Google Sheets
A lightweight plugin that connects CULTUR FM's website forms (mix submissions, enquiries and sign-ups) to the team's Google Sheets, so every entry lands in a spreadsheet in real time with no copying and pasting.
It registers a custom WordPress REST endpoint that receives Elementor form webhooks, strips the noise Elementor adds (auto-generated field IDs, IP addresses, browser strings, page URLs, timestamps) and forwards only the real answers to a Google Apps Script.
Each form names its own destination tab, so one endpoint feeds a separate sheet for every form, while links that matter, such as a submitted mix, are kept intact.
