Kitchen prep automation for WooCommerce restaurants
PrepMaster is a product I designed and built from scratch for restaurants that take orders through WooCommerce. It turns the day's orders into ready-to-use kitchen prep sheets automatically, so the kitchen knows exactly what to prepare without tallying tickets by hand.
A WordPress plugin written in PHP hooks into WooCommerce order data and works with a Node.js backend and PostgreSQL database. Restaurants, packages and product mapping are managed from a dedicated admin area with its own dashboard, prep-sheet views, a health check and built-in debug tools.
Licensing, subscriptions and pricing run on the Freemius SDK, from license-key activation to plan upgrades: a Free plan to get started (1 restaurant, 20 orders a month, basic prep sheets), Pro at $89.99/year for growing restaurants with unlimited orders and auto product mapping, and Business at $249.99/year for up to 10 restaurants with analytics, report exports, email notifications and multi-user access.
